Still Hurting After Trying Everything?

You're not out of options — you've just had the wrong ones. Rest didn't fix it. Generic stretches made no difference. You've been adjusted, iced, and handed a sheet of exercises — and you're still in pain. If you're an active person in Springfield who's been let down by passive care, you deserve a real plan built around you.

Quick Fixes That Don't Last

You get cracked, maybe some ice, and sent home — only for the pain to come back within days. No one's ever explained why it keeps happening.

Insurance-Capped and Underserved

Your PT visits ran out before you ran out of pain. Cookie-cutter treatment plans and handoffs to rehab aides left you with more questions than answers.

Got Questions?

Here are the answers Springfield patients ask us most before their first visit.

We're a self-pay clinic, which means you pay a flat rate directly — no co-pays, no deductible surprises, and no insurance company deciding how many visits you get. We accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. Ask about our Performance Care Membership for ongoing savings.

Most chiropractic visits last 10–15 minutes and involve a quick adjustment with little explanation. At 417 Performance, every visit is 30–60 minutes of 1-on-1 time with your doctor — no aides, no shortcuts. We use a movement-based assessment to find the root cause of your pain, then build a personalized plan using tools like blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, shockwave, and corrective exercise. You leave every visit knowing exactly what you're doing and why.

New patient evaluations run 45–60 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30–60 minutes. The number of visits depends on your condition and goals, but our structured 3-phase model — pain relief, building resilience, and performance care — means every visit has a clear purpose. Many patients see meaningful progress within the first few weeks.
