Why Is Your Hamstring Still Not Healed?
Rest Isn't a Treatment Plan
Stretching the Wrong Tissue
No Clear Path Back to Sport
Springfield's Choice for Real Hamstring Rehab
At 417 Performance, hamstring strain treatment means a full movement assessment, hands-on care, and a structured plan — not a quick adjustment and a stretch handout. Every visit is one-on-one with the same doctor, every session is built around your sport and your goals, and you leave each appointment knowing exactly what to do next. We're not done until you're back to full performance and confident you can stay there.
- Movement-based assessment every visit — we find why it happened, not just where it hurts
- Hands-on care (dry needling, IASTM, soft tissue work) combined with corrective exercise to fix the root cause
- Structured three-phase model: reduce pain, rebuild stability, and return you to full performance
How We Get You Back to Full Speed in 3 Steps
Step 1: Assess & Relieve

Everything you need to know before booking your first appointment at 417 Performance.
No. As a chiropractic and sports rehabilitation clinic, we are a direct-access provider — meaning you can book directly without a referral from your primary care doctor or a specialist. Same-week appointments are typically available.
We are a self-pay clinic, which means we don't bill insurance directly. This allows us to spend more time with you — 45–60 minutes for your initial evaluation and 30–60 minutes per follow-up — without insurance dictating your care. We accept HSA/FSA, offer flexible payment plans, a Performance Care Membership, and provide superbills you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Most chiropractic visits involve a quick adjustment and you're on your way. At 417 Performance, every visit includes a movement-based assessment, hands-on treatment, and corrective exercise — all in one session, at a flat rate with no upsells. Our goal is to fix the root cause of your hamstring strain (or any injury), make you stronger and more resilient than before, and leave you equipped to manage your body on your own. We follow a structured three-phase model and you'll see the same doctor at every visit.
