Knee Pain Shouldn't Keep You on the Sidelines

You've tried rest, ice, and over-the-counter solutions, but the pain keeps coming back every time you try to run, lift, or play.

Stuck in Endless Pain Cycles

You feel temporary relief, but the knee pain returns the moment you get back to training or playing with your kids. Generic treatments aren't addressing what's really causing your discomfort.

Missing Out on What You Love

Weekend runs, pickup basketball, gym sessions—the activities that keep you energized are now off-limits. You're watching from the sidelines instead of participating in the life you want to live.

Frustrated with Band-Aid Fixes

Passive treatments and pain pills only mask the problem. You need a solution that addresses the root cause and builds strength to prevent future injuries, not just temporary symptom relief.

"This place is BETTER—DIFFERENT. Do NOT expect the average experience of going in, quickly being examined and then 'getting cracked' or adjusted and leaving. Cole has offered me real relief through a tailored exercise regimen combined with dry needling. He listens first to truly understand your pain and think through the possible cause(s) of your back pain, then creates a very specific treatment plan."

-David C.

"Dr. Cole has been great to work with. Initially came in with lower back pain directly related to golf. The treatment was a series of multiple weeks that created a focused plan rather than a quick appointment to fix the immediate pain. I was provided with movements to do on my own time to strengthen muscles to support my pain points. 6 weeks later and I can play a full round with little to no pain."

-Ryan H.

"Dr. Cole did a great job helping me with my chronic headaches, neck and shoulder pain. He focuses on fixing the root cause and doesn't just treat the symptom like most doctors do. I would highly recommend Dr. Cole to anyone."
