All disputes shall be resolved via binding arbitration under AAA rules in Greene County, MO. Class action waivers apply.

11. Severability:
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.

12. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
